Welcome to BLOWMEDIA (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products.
By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.


1. Services

BLOWMEDIA provides digital marketing and related services including but not limited to:

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Paid Advertising (Meta, Google, etc.)

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Branding & Creative Design

  • Content Creation

  • Website Development

  • Marketing Strategy & Consulting

  • Email Marketing & Automation

Scope of work will be clearly outlined in the client proposal or agreement.


2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution

  • Provide necessary access to platforms (social media, website, ad accounts, etc.)

  • Approve content, campaigns, or deliverables in a timely manner

  • Ensure that any materials provided do not violate intellectual property rights or laws

Delays in providing approvals or materials may impact timelines.


3. Payment Terms

  • All services require advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment terms will be defined in the proposal, invoice, or agreement.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

  • Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless stated otherwise.

BLOWMEDIA reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
 

4. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property created by BLOWMEDIA remains the property of BLOWMEDIA until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.

  • BLOWMEDIA reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies.

Clients confirm they have the legal right to use any assets provided to BLOWMEDIA.
 

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the project.

Confidential information includes:

  • Business strategies

  • Marketing plans

  • Client data

  • Login credentials

  • Financial information

Confidential information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
 

6. Third-Party Platforms

BLOWMEDIA may use third-party tools and platforms including:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads Manager

  • Shopify / WordPress

  • Email marketing platforms

  • Analytics tools

We are not responsible for service interruptions, algorithm changes, or policy updates from third-party providers.
 

7. Performance Disclaimer

While BLOWMEDIA strives to deliver the best results, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific sales numbers

  • Search engine rankings

  • Advertising performance results

  • Lead volume

Marketing results depend on various factors beyond our control, including market conditions and competition.
 

8. Revisions & Changes

  • Reasonable revisions are included as defined in the project agreement.

  • Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

  • Scope changes must be approved in writing.
     

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments become immediately due.

  • Work completed until termination will be delivered after payment.

  • Prepaid fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

BLOWMEDIA reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these Terms.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

BLOWMEDIA shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services.
 

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold BLOWMEDIA harmless against any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Content provided by the client

  • Misuse of services

  • Violation of laws or third-party rights
     

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gurgaon.
 

13. Changes to Terms

BLOWMEDIA may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
